If the level of battery 1 is too low, connect the second battery by lifting the seat. Here are the steps:
Turn the blue circuit breaker to "off" (very important)
Disconnect the battery by turning the blue part, and connect the new one
Turn the blue circuit breaker to "on"
Close the scooter seat and remove the key
